More about Transition Coaching

You may be moving to a new organisation, or to a more senior post in your current one. You'll almost certainly have to address complex issues around culture, politics and relationships as well as the strategic and operational aspects of your new role. And you'll want to find your feet as quickly as possible. Transition coaching is tailored to address your particular needs, and to suit your personal learning style.

Before you commit to coaching we will meet, usually with a sponsoring manager (for example, your boss or your Head of HR), to assess your needs and to agree how we might work together. After the meeting you will decide whether coaching is for you and whether Ann is the right coach.

If you and your sponsor decide to go ahead, a full coaching package includes:

  • Two hours' coaching per month for an initial six months.
  • A Facet5 personality profile or a peopleindex emotional intelligence profile.
  • Between-session exercises tailored to your needs.
  • Email and telephone support for the duration of the coaching contract.
  • A three-way review meeting with the sponsoring manager during the coaching to assess progress and adjust outcomes as required.
  • A one-hour follow-up session six months after the initial contract is complete.

The package can be flexed to suit your needs and budget. Generous discounts are available for registered charities.
