24 hours of Me Time: The Magic of Connection

If you're typical of many professional women, life can be tough. If your inbox is overflowing, you're juggling wall-to-wall meetings and constantly changing priorities, not to mention family commitments, if everyone wants a piece of you and everyone believes they have first claim, there's precious little time for your own spirit to soar.

But imagine...

Imagine 24 hours of Me Time when you can unwind and relax.
Imagine three things that could change if you took a precious 24 hours for yourself.
What would those three things be? Take a moment to write them down.

If you'd like to set those changes in motion, we've created the ideal Me space for you to give yourself some quality attention. Join Ann and Lindsay on a 24-hour retreat created especially for you. You'll have the freedom to
Explore what you want to discover about yourself.
Re-connect with your individuality and authenticity.
Find a sense of inner peace and stillness.
Connect in a new way with other professional women without any pressure to perform or impress.
The style of the retreat is warm, supportive, positively and gently challenging, respectful of each individual - and fun! It gives you plenty of opportunity to use the time and space as you need, whether for a walk in beautiful surroundings, time alone to reflect, or time with others to create synergies and share thoughts. You will have space to access your own natural wisdom and to reinforce and ground your growth.

Participants at our January 2008 event at beautiful Bore Place in Kent commented:
'It was brilliant - I loved it!'
'I loved the fact that we were together but separate. I loved the fact that nothing was compulsory and that I was a volunteer and not a conscript. I loved the fact that you had chosen a totally safe, warm, comfortable, inviting house and location far from the madding crowd and totally peaceful...I really appreciate your thoughtfulness, your courage, and your skill in 'structuring' such a wonderful day's respite and retreat.'
