Getting you Back on Track

Coaching Back on Track helps you to assess, understand and move on from those setbacks that have the potential to demolish your confidence, self-respect, or effectiveness at work. You'll take a step back, determine what you want from the situation, and reconnect with your values and strengths, so that you leave the experience stronger and more resilient.

There are many triggers for finding yourself off-balance, including difficult working relationships, mergers, redundancy, bullying, illness, stress and overwhelm. Left unaddressed, the emotions triggered by such experiences can undermine you, distorting your view of the world, and adversely affecting your relationships with your boss, your colleagues and your loved ones, as well as compromising your health and general wellbeing.

Benefits: Back on Track coaching will help you move on with less risk of long-lasting damage. You will learn effective ways of maintaining your balance, reducing the likelihood of your being derailed in the future. Your leadership will be more confident, emotionally intelligent and compassionate.

Clients say:

"Ann coached me through a very stressful time; I was only capable of reacting and Ann helped me to take charge of my career again, and to focus on my goals and values. The fact that I came through it successfully is a testament to her skills. To have someone to turn to, who has no agenda other than one's own best interests was liberating." KP, Marketing Director.
(In a bullying environment) "… I felt very trapped and my usual approach to life i.e. making plans and taking action seemed to drift away from me… Ann helped me realise that I was trying to change myself to fit into the style of the organisation and the misery I was feeling was related to not being true to myself and my values. (Now) I think I would spot the signs a lot earlier and get out of the situation without worrying so much about what people would think of me." RH, HR Director.
"(When I came to coaching) I had about nine months of managing a series of extremely difficult situations at work... Whilst I was portraying a very capable, strong and efficient face in dealing with various issues, I was experiencing a very different reality...Over a period of five months, I was able to start thinking more objectively, take control of an increasingly 'out of control' situation, and gradually rebuild my confidence." Charity Senior Manager.
"Having an objective perspective on the problems, and separating my emotional response from my professional anxiety were really important." Charity Service Head.
