Linda Tillson
Linda Tillson is a HR professional with over 18 years experience in HR Management. She is particularly passionate about helping small and medium sized organisations by providing them with sensible & pragmatic HR advice, guidance and solutions.As Your Great Workplace's recommended HR Consultant, Linda aims to create clarity and transparency and to build positive relationships.
Linda does this by ensuring
- that there are clear HR Policies and Procedures that are based on best practice, are fit for purpose and communicated to all employees.
- that everyone knows exactly what they should be doing by creating clear Job Descriptions and team structures
- that employees feel valued through effectively managed HR programmes e.g. Performance Appaisal, Training & Development and Talent Management.
Linda is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. She is currently training to be a workplace mediator and hopes to be offering this service to organisations soon.
Penny Millar
Penny's unique photoVoyage programme is an optional experience for Ann's Recover Your Balance clients, giving them new, authentic perspectives on their identity and presence. Penny also produced Ann's publicity photos.Penny has been a renowned portrait photographer of children and families for over 30 years, earning a reputation as someone who shoots honest photographs that show more than simply ‘what people look like’. She has a gift for putting people at their ease, so they show her a range of natural expressions. Trained as a special needs teacher, Penny has always been passionate about ‘how people tick’ and how they interact with the world and has regularly participated in and run self-awareness workshops, in the UK and the USA. She has an Intermediate Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching.
We love Penny's ability to put her clients instantly at ease and to produce stunning portraits that are about so much more than physical appearance.
Lindsay Wittenberg
Lindsay and Ann together bring you 24 Hours of Me Time, our retreat for professional women.
Lindsay has been an executive coach and career coach since 2003. Her career began in HR with Marks & Spencer plc, followed by training as a careers counsellor in the higher education sector. After 13 years in Luxembourg, during which she set up and ran a human rights pressure group, Lindsay returned to the UK, setting up and running a European business development consultancy focusing on transnational projects. Lindsay has an Advanced Diploma (with Distinction) in Professional Coaching and Mentoring from the Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring (accredited by Oxford-Brookes University), a Diploma in Performance Coaching (Business) from Newcastle College, and the Certificate in The Psychology of Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching. She holds a Certificate in Gestalt Coaching Skills, also from the Academy of Executive Coaching

Kate Harmond
Kate and Ann offer occasional career tone-up workshops in Brighton and London.Kate is an independent healthcare consultant and facilitator for service redesign, clinical leadership and systems improvement in the UK and overseas. She is an accredited trainer with various government agencies and contributes to management journals. Kate was the first Clinical Director in the NHS Modernisation Agency. Kate has worked in Australia, USA, Cuba, Amsterdam, Prague and Brazil, and has Faculty status with the Institute of Healthcare Improvement, USA. She is an Honorary Fellow at Brighton University, and a visiting fellow at the University of London.
We love Kate's down-to-earth, quick-fire humour, her knack with an audience, however big or small, and her sheer professionalism.
