About Ann Lewis, Chartered FCIPD MAC MCMI
Ann Lewis Coaching was founded at the end of 2002, with an emphasis on leadership and executive coaching and organisational development.
Ann is an experienced coach and facilitator, with an Advanced Diploma in executive coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AEC). She is an AEC Accredited Professional Executive Coach and an accredited user of the Facet5 personality profiling tool. Ann is a Common Purpose graduate, a member of the Institute of Directors and a member of Southampton and Fareham Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Previously a Human Resources professional, initially in manufacturing companies including Beecham Pharmaceuticals (now part of Glaxo SmithKline), Ann worked for 16 years in the Third Sector. From 1992 to 2002, she was Director of Human Resources for major charities, notably the children's helpline ChildLine and the Peabody Trust, London's biggest and oldest housing association.
Ann is married to Peter, an electronic engineer, lives on the south coast of England, and enjoys spending time with friends, walking, photography (she created the photographs for this site), France and French, and garden birds. She is learning to cycle again after a very, very long gap, and loving it.
