Over the years, we have developed collaborations with a handful of like-minded, highly qualified practitioners to bring our clients new services that enhance our core work - see collaborations.

More about Ann Lewis

Ann is in demand for her unique style, which blends insightful, supportive challenge with profound respect for her clients and gentle humour. Alongside developing leaders, she has a special interest in coaching individual recovery after confidence-sapping work setbacks including redundancy and bullying, and has published a self-coaching book - Recover Your Balance - how to bounce back from bad times at work.

Ann is an experienced coach and facilitator, with Diploma in Advanced Executive Coaching (accredited by Middlesex University and the major professional coaching bodies) from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC). She is also an AoEC Accredited Professional Executive Coach. Ann believes passionately in the capacity of coaching to support development, and is committed to her own continuing professional learning. Her coaching is regularly supervised through the Coaching Supervision Academy.

Ann is accredited to administer Consulting Tools' Facet5 personality profiling tool together with Facet5 Teamscape, and trained to offer StressScan to help clients identify and manage stressors, and peopleindex, an emotional intelligence questionnaire.

Previously a Human Resources professional, initially in manufacturing companies including Beecham Pharmaceuticals (now part of Glaxo SmithKline), Ann worked for 16 years in the Third Sector. From 1992 to 2002, she was Director of Human Resources for major charities, notably the children's helpline ChildLine and the Peabody Trust, London's biggest and oldest housing association. A Common Purpose graduate with a BA in Sociology, Ann is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a Fellow of the Institute of Business Consulting, and a member of the Association for Coaching, ANKLe (A New Kind of Leadership) and Southampton and Fareham Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

She is married to Peter, an electronic engineer, lives on the Isle of Wight, and enjoys spending time with friends, walking, photography (she created the photographs for this site), gardening and a little gentle cycling.
